Work from Home is what most of us do today. When we try to connect hotspot with iPhone from our Macbook or Windows Computer, frequent disconnect problem must be irritating. iPhone Personal Hotspot Not Connecting Problem is here for the past several iOS Software Updates.
Apple hasn’t fixed the problem yet. I was trying few work arounds and the suggested method in this video worked for me. Sharing it with a thought, it may help more people.

Sir when I turn on my iPhone hotspot and connect it to Android I have to open the screen of that personal hotspot to connect it to the device the speed doesn't come and it shows connected no internet but internet comes good and that sim is e-sim Or virtual
